Exceptional (and free) technical support

For one of the demos I did at SpeechTEK two weeks ago, I had to use Voxeo Prophecy. Unfortunately, only a few days before I got to vacation, I found that my installation was broken, and I didn't know why. I reinstalled the software a few times with no more success.

I then contacted them on their technical support forums. What a great customer support experience it was! They were very responsive and pinpointed the problem in a matter of a few posts. But the most interesting thing is that it was completely free, for a free product. If at least we could get that level of support for most paying products... These guys are simpy amazing.
